Technical settings

The home lift consists of guides, a hydraulic cylinder, a technical box (including a control panel and an hydraulic unit) and a cabin. It must be installed in a closed duct. The in-ground utility chamber is positioned less than one meter from the sheath. The guides are installed on a solid wall. The pressure of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder will allow the cabin to move along the guides in the duct. The movements are smoothly done thanks to the “soft start and stop” system, managed by the PLC specifically developed for this product.

  • From 1 to 4 floors
  • Maximum course 8.5 meters
  • Nominal load 250 kg / m², up to 3 people
  • 230 V Motor – 50/60 Hz – 1.5 kW
  • Connection on standard socket (16 amperes) 230 V – 2 poles + earth. Line dedicated to the operation of the device protected by a residual current circuit-breaker (If circuit-breake of 30 mA, foresee a type SI or ASI)
  • Platform structure: welded steel
  • Single service, through service, angle service
  • Ceiling height at the highest level: depending on the travel. For example, for 3 meters of travel, the minimum ceiling height on the top floor is 2.30 meters (below, on study)
  • Max speed: 0.15 meters per second
  • Control Box, integrating the hydraulic unit and the management automat, height 1100 mm x width 610 mm x depth 440 mm
  • The in-ground utility chamber should never be installed more than one meter from the sheath. The ideal is to place it on one of the outside walls of the sheath in preference to the lower level. Its exact location should be validated with our technical services
  • Provide a 230 V power socket and a telephone jack near the control box

  • Cylinder direct drive
  • Flow regulator on cylinder outlet
  • Hydraulic unit
  • Guide rails: Aluminium alloy profiles
  • Machine management by PLC
  • Smooth start and stop by frequency variation
  • +95% biodegradable vegetable base oil (according to method CECL-33-A-93)
  • Aluminium guides

  • Custom cabin dimensions according to available space (except « Standard Comfort », « XL », « XXL » and « Opale Light »)
  • Telephone connected to the network (on plug supplied by the customer, and at his expense)
  • Lighting provided by low voltage LED
